Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the crowm99 website accessible at crowm99.org, including all subpages, applications and related services.
• "Member" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the crowm99 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account, including real money and bonus credits.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited directly by the member using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to all forms of incentives, rewards or promotional funds credited by crowm99.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum betting value that must be reached before a bonus or winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Member Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the crowm99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an employee, consultant, or immediate family member of any crowm99 employee.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. crowm99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad at any time for account verification purposes. Information provided is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Each individual is only allowed to register one account only. Any attempt to register or operate multiple accounts will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The crowm99 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

All withdrawal requests will be reviewed by the crowm99 finance team before processing. crowm99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal to ensure the security of the member's account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

crowm99 offers various promotions to registered members. All promotions are subject to specific conditions stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• A 100% welcome bonus will be credited automatically for the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the value of the bonus received before withdrawals are permitted on winnings associated with that bonus.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• All bonuses may only be used for betting on the crowm99 platform and cannot be transferred.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• crowm99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The crowm99 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members — from the Bronze tier (up to 0.2%) to the Platinum tier (up to 0.8%). Cashback rates and conditions may change at crowm99's discretion.

Member Responsibilities

As a crowm99 member, you agree to:

• Ensure that all information provided to crowm99 is true, accurate and up-to-date at all times.
• Keep your login details confidential, including your username and password, and not share them with any other party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur in your account.
• Notify crowm99 immediately through customer support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use this platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial or professional purposes.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations relating to online gambling activities.
• Gamble responsibly and contact the crowm99 support team if you need assistance with gambling controls. 🎯

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crowm99 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or another person's identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to play games or manage accounts.
• Committing payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering through the crowm99 platform.
• Manipulating games, exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes unfairly.
• Distributing illegal, obscene or harmful content in any part of the platform.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of crowm99 or our software providers.

Account Closure and Suspension

crowm99 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close a member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Failure to verify identity when requested within the specified period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Request by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money remaining in the account (excluding bonus credits that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise relating to transactions, game results or other matters concerning the crowm99 platform, the following procedure shall be followed:

• Members must submit a complaint in writing to the crowm99 customer support team via live chat or email within 30 days from the date of the incident giving rise to the dispute.
• crowm99 will review the complaint and provide a response within a reasonable time.
• Game results recorded by the crowm99 server are final and binding, unless there is clear evidence of a significant technical error.
• If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to a recognised dispute resolution body under our international licensing authority.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

crowm99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. In the case of significant amendments, crowm99 will endeavour to notify members via email or an in-platform notice.

Continued use of the crowm99 platform after amendments are published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the revised terms. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest version.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

crowm99 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The following should be noted:

• crowm99 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
• crowm99 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of gambling activities.
• crowm99 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, natural disasters or actions by third parties.
• crowm99's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
